Guest Experience Specialist

Conduct guest-facing service in hotel lobbies and main areas, handling operational needs, client requests, meal service, and regional interest sharing to build memorable experiences. Walk and move throughout your space to address client needs and execute assigned tasks, including lifting objects up to 25 lbs and reaching overhead or below knees. Prepare reports and ensure professional appearance while maintaining safety, confidentiality, and quality standards. Work full-time at Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, supporting long-stay travelers with human-centric service within the Marriott International portfolio.
