Guest Experience Specialist

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, taking ownership of the guest experience in main hotel areas with a guest-first mindset. Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, deliver quality meals, and share local area highlights to ensure transactions feel like part of the experience. Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards while following all company policies and procedures. Work standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds with a hands-on approach.
