Guest Experience Specialist

Conduct guest-facing service in hotel lobbies and main areas, proactively guiding guests through their entire stay. Handle operational needs, answer guest requests, prepare reports, serve quality meals, and share regional points of interest. Ensure all transactions feel integrated into the guest experience while maintaining safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance. Perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 25 lbs and reaching overhead or below knees. Work full-time hours in a team environment focused on supporting long-stay travelers at Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres.
