Guest Experience Specialist to engage visitors and guide them through automotive exhibits and services in a fully on-site Los Angeles showroom. Responsibilities include representing the brand through high-quality customer interactions, guiding guests through vehicles and exhibits, supporting in-store events, and documenting visitor feedback to identify opportunities to enhance the brand experience. Ideal candidates have retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience, with a preference for automotive or luxury environments; strong service orientation and communication skills; English fluency; and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
