Job Summary
Welcome guests to events, validate tickets, and direct patrons to their seats while resolving seating issues and monitoring facility perimeters for unauthorized access. Provide event information regarding concessions and restrooms, maintain fire code safety in aisles, and guide guests during emergencies or evacuations. Act as the first-line contact for guest requests, distribute promotional materials, and manage escalator operations to ensure crowd control. Rotate through various positions within a shift, including curtain management in vomitories, and perform general customer service duties as required.
