Guest Experience Representative - Kingsway Mall

Part-time Guest Experience Representative at Kingsway Mall responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through proactive guest interactions, directions/information, and shopping-center services knowledge. Roles include responding to online inquiries, staying informed on fashion trends and brand merchandise, identifying gift or store suggestions based on shopper needs, selling Oxford Kingsway Mall Gift Cards, and performing shopping-center-specific services. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong written and verbal communication skills, POS experience preferred, and flexibility to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Minimum 2 years of direct customer-service experience required; ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in customer-facing interactions.
