Job Summary
Champion Willow's vision for guest experience across all campuses by leading, coaching, and shepherding Guest Experience staff and volunteer leaders. Build healthy systems that help guests connect and take meaningful next steps by running clear ministry plays on a weekly basis. Partner with ministry leaders to create welcoming, distraction-free weekend experiences and develop volunteers who serve with excellence, joy, and Christ-like hospitality. Ensure every guest experiences warmth, excellence, and a clear path toward deeper community and spiritual growth. This role shapes a culture reflecting the heart of Christ across every Willow campus, equipping teams to help every person feel seen, valued, and welcomed.
Required Qualifications
- A relational leader with a pastor's heart
- Passionate about hospitality, discipleship, and developing others
- Experienced in leading teams and volunteers, ideally in a multi-site church environment
- Organized, collaborative, and energized by building healthy ministry systems
- Committed to helping every person encounter Jesus through exceptional care and welcome
