Job Summary
Night-shift guest services lead for a hotel front office. Oversees guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, and rate validation; processes payments, issues room keys, and ensures guest requests are resolved. Trains and coaches staff, enforces company policies, and maintains professional guest relations. Maintains logs, reports incidents, coordinates with Bellperson/Housekeeping, and supports safety training. Requires standing or walking for extended periods and ability to move objects up to 25 pounds. High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related and supervisory experience preferred.
