Job Summary
Greet Guests and Members with warm, welcoming energy; answer phones with upbeat tone and articulation; manage check-in/check-out and payments in the front desk software; schedule appointments; present/sell membership programs; retain Members by delivering excellent client experiences; flexible shifts with 3-5 per week including weekends; eight Massage Heights locations in San Antonio area; reliable transportation required across locations; 1/ hour pay increases every 6 months with quarterly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation to commute between all eight locations
