Job Summary
Front desk role across Massage Heights San Antonio locations, greeting guests with warmth, handling phone inquiries, scheduling and coordinating appointments, checking guests in/out, collecting payments, and presenting membership programs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule (3-5 shifts/week, including weekends) with reliable transportation to commute between eight locations; maintain a professional, upbeat demeanor and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment; contribute to member retention through high-quality experiences and upsell opportunities.
