Job Summary
Guest Experience Manager to lead guest service delivery at a San Antonio theater/entertainment location. Responsibilities include ensuring a positive guest experience, handling service recovery, maintaining high standards of teamwork and service, managing staffing to optimize service levels and control labor costs, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, assisting senior management with financial operation oversight, preparing reports and paperwork, and supervising/mentoring team members while partnering with senior leadership on ongoing development and training. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in a theater/entertainment operations or similar role, and flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ (21+ for Alabama)
- Associates’ or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience managing a theater, restaurant, bar, or entertainment operation or similar role with proven success
- Flexibility with scheduling – holidays, nights, weekends
- Strong communication and guest interaction skills
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks
- Team-oriented attitude
- Dependability and attendance reliability
