Job Summary
Lead operations and guest experience for Club Sofitel Lounge on a parental leave contract, overseeing lounge operations and a high-performing team to deliver premium food and beverage experiences while maintaining luxury service standards. Drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and a seamless guest journey by implementing policies, standards, and SOPs; leverage hospitality leadership across Rooms Division and Food & Beverage to uphold the Sofitel luxury standard. Requires a hands-on leader able to work weekends/public holidays with RSA certification and Opera knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience within luxury hospitality
- Knowledge of Opera property management system (Opera knowledge)
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Oversee daily operations of lounge, delivering premium food and beverage experiences
- Strong guest engagement and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Hands-on leader who leads by example in a fast-paced luxury environment
