Job Summary
Guest Experience Manager based in Bengaluru, responsible for assisting guests with check-in/check-out, cashiering duties, managing guest profiles and VIP recognition, liaising with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests, updating repeat guest history, promoting Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities, handling guest comments and complaints, ensuring guest privacy, maintaining knowledge of hotel services, safety procedures, and contributing to achieving revenue targets. Must be able to stand for long periods and work across shifts, including weekends and holidays.
