Job Summary
Guest Experience Manager responsible for supervising and managing overall Guest Experience operations to uphold Pullman brand standards and deliver exceptional service. Role involves participating in daily operations meetings, driving continuous improvement, collaborating with department heads to develop processes and actions, translating Pullman mindset to guests, ensuring staff embody brand expertise, implementing long-term quality standards, conducting brand audits, and managing customer satisfaction metrics including Voice of Guest. Requires leadership of the team, training, and strong interpersonal skills, with English proficiency and familiarity with Opera or related systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Ability to speak other languages will be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Experience with Opera or a related system
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
- A team player & builder
- A motivator & self-starter
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
