Job Summary
Lead role within the Guest Services team at Pearl Harbor historic sites, directing daily guest services activities in the Ticketing/Admissions area. Responsibilities include holding shift briefings, executing end-of-day closing procedures, monitoring guest traffic flow, addressing guest service issues, ensuring safety protocols are followed, collaborating with staff to maintain a positive environment, and engaging with guests with a friendly, service-minded approach. Requires weekend availability ( Saturdays/Sundays ) and ability to work outdoors with varied shifts (approximately 35–40 hours per week). Must be able to pass a background check; prior resume and availability should be submitted.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time availability on Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Excellent Customer Service
- Basic computer skills (word processing, internet, email)
- Ability to stand outdoors for long periods
- Flexible hours with 6:30am-5:30pm shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Background check required for employment
