Guest Experience Host

Guest Experience Host at Travel + Leisure Co. based in Melbourne (part-time). You will manage day-to-day front desk operations, greet and register owners and guests, provide local area information, handle department paperwork, and use communication equipment (phones, fax, computers). Must be customer-obsessed with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and capable of working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public and school holidays. Experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) is advantageous.
