Conduct guest-facing hospitality duties ensuring every group entering The Escape Game receives a personalized, VIP-like experience. Manage the entire hour-long gameplay session by guiding participants through puzzles and maintaining a fun, engaging atmosphere. Follow established protocols to create memorable moments for each party while operating during primarily night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Work up to 30-35 hours per week as part of an empowered team dedicated to making every guest's week exceptional.
