Job Summary
Welcome and check in guests, prepare arrivals before they arrive, and answer phones to assist with reservations. Deliver amenities or luggage, help maintain the appearance of hotel and public spaces, and ensure every area is clean, organized, and ready for guests. Anticipate guest needs and solve problems before they become frustrations, while assisting with laundry or housekeeping when needed. Support teammates wherever help is required to create a peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable sanctuary. Weekends and holidays are required for full-time and part-time roles with competitive hourly pay based on experience.
