Job Summary
Conduct guest interactions to spread fun and keep lines safe, smooth, and stress-free. Maintain public areas by ensuring they remain clean, tidy, and fully stocked for a positive first impression. Follow all opening and closing procedures to keep attractions running smoothly. Work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Requires 6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service. This part-time role at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan supports the global LEGO Group's mission to create joyful moments for guests worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
