Job Summary
Generate sales appointments for resort and livestream sales centers by establishing rapport with customers and assisting in tour generation to meet qualification specifications. Provide high-level service during the check-in process by clearly articulating travel benefits within the Wyndham Destinations community and working closely with resort operations for seamless guest transitions. Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business while maintaining impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards. This role requires weekend and public holiday shifts between 11:00am and 7:00pm. Required Qualifications
- Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
- Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
- High levels of computer literacy
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule between 11:00am and 7:00pm, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays
- Must be available for weekend and public holiday shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageous
