Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging visitors, recommending products, and driving sales to achieve commercial goals. Maintain attractive retail displays, replenish stock, and ensure the store is clean and organized. Collaborate with team members across admissions, food and beverage, and guest operations to support a seamless attraction experience. Follow all operational, health, safety, and cash handling procedures. This role offers comprehensive health coverage, generous paid time off, a Merlin Magic Pass, and a 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older for the role
- Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or commercial experience is preferred
- 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
- Holiday availability is a big plus!
