Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge every guest with a smile, ensuring a SMASHTASTIC environment through friendly service and outstanding product knowledge. Process POS transactions accurately, follow cash handling procedures, and deliver food with a smile while performing table touches for refills and condiments. Maintain cleanliness across floors, counters, dining areas, and restrooms, and foster a safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and policies. Complete assigned tasks from the management team and successfully finish the training program. This role requires standing 100% of shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move, lift, and handle boxes of food and supplies up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work variable hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Ability to successfully complete training program
- Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by Smashburger, local, state, and federal employment regulations
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work around hot and cold equipment
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry boxes and supplies up to 50lbs
- Ability to move around the restaurant and tight spaces
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop and sweep frequently
