Job Summary
Guest Experience Expert focused on delivering memorable guest interactions through proactive service, assisting with requests, processing operational needs, and sharing local highlights. Responsibilities include guiding guests through their stay, handling check-in/check-out processes, completing relevant reports, maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality, and keeping operations smooth by moving about the space and performing tasks as needed. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and perform physical duties such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
