Guest Experience Expert responsible for guiding guests through their stay, processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing highlights of the local area. Must be on their feet and able to move, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and perform physically active tasks (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤10 pounds). Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance, uphold company policies, and ensure interactions feel like part of the guest experience.
