Guest Experience Expert

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local area highlights. Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles, transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas, and moving through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces while up and down stairs and service ramps. Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards while protecting company assets and upholding quality standards. Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional throughout the shift.
