Guest Experience Expert

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local area highlights. Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles, transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas, and moving through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards while upholding quality standards and professional appearance. Perform hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance, including reaching overhead and below the knees. Work on your feet and move through various environments as requested to ensure every transaction feels like part of the experience.
