Job Summary
Conduct front desk operations by managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries. Anticipate service needs by listening to guest preferences and resolving disputes through negotiation and innovative problem-solving. Build relationships with existing and new customers to drive loyalty program participation and enable future bookings. Handle complaints and settle grievances promptly while maintaining the highest service standards. Requires at least two years of experience in a high-volume environment and proficiency with the OPERA property management system.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
- At least 2 year experience preferably within a high volume environment
Desired Qualifications
- Opera experience preferred however not required
- Outstanding relationship building skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry
