Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, moving about the space to process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights. Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards while protecting assets and upholding quality standards. Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications throughout the shift, working on your feet and moving around to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
