Job Summary
Guest Experience Expert (Front Office) responsible for delivering a memorable guest experience through check-in/check-out processing, addressing guest requests, completing operational reports, and sharing highlights of the local area. Role involves moving around the space, performing tasks such as processing operations, taking a hands-on approach, and maintaining professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies. Requires standing/walking for extended periods and the ability to lift/carry objects up to 10 pounds. Education requirement: high school diploma or GED equivalent. No related work experience or supervisory experience required. Location: Singapore; full-time role at Marriott International.
