Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and sharing local area highlights. Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, up and down stairs, and service ramps while maintaining a safe workplace and following company policies. Perform hands-on tasks involving lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance, while ensuring professional appearance and communications.
