Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, moving about the space to address guest requests, process operational needs, complete reports, and share local area highlights. Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards while protecting assets and upholding quality standards. Work standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
