Job Summary
Conduct smooth check-ins and check-outs while building memorable, unique experiences for guests. Guide guests through their entire stay by processing operational needs, addressing requests, completing reports, and sharing local highlights. Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to rooms or the bell area. Maintain a safe workplace by following policies, protecting assets, and ensuring professional appearance and communications. Work on your feet, moving through confined spaces and stairs, lifting objects up to 50 pounds independently or 100 pounds with assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
