Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, moving about the space to address guest requests, process operational needs, complete reports, or share local area highlights. Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, confidentiality standards, and quality requirements while ensuring professional appearance and communications. Perform hands-on tasks involving standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Ensure uniform and personal appearance remain professional throughout the shift.
