Job Summary
Assist in the overall leadership of the Riverwalk Campus, ensuring all worship experiences are executed with excellence. Oversee, care for, and grow volunteer teams including the Welcome Area, Greeters, Ushers, Campus Safety, Volunteer Headquarters, Operations, and Parking. Develop leaders and connect guests to volunteer teams to promote meaningful involvement. Implement the infrastructure of standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for overseen areas. Monday-Thursday office hours are 8:30AM to 5PM, with Sunday support for weekend worship experiences. The role requires active participation in a church lifestyle, high-level networking, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. We are a fast-paced, creative team that pivots quickly to meet weekend needs, offering professional development opportunities and a supportive environment for spiritual growth.
