Job Summary
Guest Experience Concierge at Fairmont Austin responsible for delivering professional, engaging service per Forbes Travel Guide standards; assist guests with plans and arrangements, provide information on hotel facilities, local events, and experiences; manage guest inquiries and online responses for the Loyalty & Guest Experience team; maintain knowledge of hotel services, hours, and competing concepts; contribute to daily reports, attend Front of the House meetings, handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, follow safety policies and departmental procedures, and uphold the Code of Ethics while delivering exceptional guest experiences; requires strong customer service, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent teamwork; multilingual ability preferred and hospitality experience is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer related experience an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Multilingual strongly preferred
