Job Summary
Engage guests throughout their Buffalo Wild Wings experience by determining needs and delivering customized interactions that build loyalty. Showcase food, beverage, and technology elements while facilitating seamless transitions to servers and bartenders. Communicate daily sports events and upcoming activities, manage audio-visual equipment, and execute guest engagement plays for the Food, Beverage, and AV experiences. Evaluate opportunities to introduce guests to loyalty programs and community initiatives like Eat Wings Raise Funds. Submit weekly marketing objectives and coordinate goals with front-of-house team members to foster a cooperative climate. Maintain favorable relationships with all team members to promote morale and efficiency.

- Ability to engage with Guests throughout their BWW experience
- Ability to determine the Guest's needs, interest, and why they chose BWW
- Ability to interact appropriately to deliver customized Guest experience
- Ability to showcase technology, food and beverage menu
- Ability to showcase events, programs/promotions
- Ability to determine Guest interest in sports
- Ability to make a personal connection/interaction between Guests and BWW team
- Ability to transition the Guest to or from the Server or Bartender
- Ability to constantly communicate with the FOH Team Members
- Ability to follow-up with Guests throughout their experience
- Ability to facilitate and communicate sports for the day and upcoming events
- Ability to manage audio visual equipment experience and atmosphere
- Ability to evaluate opportunities to introduce Guests to current programs
- Ability to showcase and execute the three Guest Engagement Plays
- Ability to facilitate Eat Wings Raise Funds, Home Team Advantage, business to business, community events
- Ability to complete assigned Guest Experience strategies/programs and plans
- Ability to execute Captain Engagement Zone expectations
- Ability to communicate local Guest Experience activities to Franchised Restaurant Leadership
- Ability to submit weekly marketing objectives and recap results
- Ability to handle current and future event planning and management
- Ability to communicate and coordinate goals and activities with other FOH positions
- Ability to maintain a favorable working relationship with all other Team Members
