Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage transfer to rooms or vehicles, and provide transportation as needed. Address guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, resolve issues, and deliver information on hotel amenities and local attractions. Maintain clean Bell stands in common areas while collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Support hotel management in daily operations and uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the property. This temporary introductory rate applies while the Bell Services Program is introduced at the resort.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift/pull/push up to 110 lbs
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and arms
- Excellent driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities
- Familiarity with night audit and front desk procedures
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and effective phone etiquette
- A background in resort or hotel experience
- Attention to detail
