Job Summary
Oversee and store oversized bags at the external valet tent outside Gate 2, process credit card payments on the Xenial point of sale system, and greet guests with a smile while directing them to seating and amenities. Anticipate guest needs, handle issues according to arena guidelines by writing incident reports, and provide service recovery or surprise moments to delight visitors. Give eye contact, say please and thank you at every interaction, and take ownership of guest issues until completion. Share feedback on service improvements and tailor experiences based on guest preferences. Work 4-6 hours standing and walking up and downstairs, with a background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to stand 4-6 hours at a time
- Walk up and downstairs with or without accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous customer service experience preferred
