Job Summary
Greet guests, scan tickets, and enforce policies regarding food, beverages, cameras, and bags upon entry. Usher attendees to seats, manage crowd control, and direct emergency evacuations while monitoring exits and assisting those with special needs. Operate golf carts, serve as door guards, and act as elevator or wheelchair attendants as event needs dictate. Report unsafe equipment or situations to supervisory staff immediately and hand out materials throughout the facility. Maintain a safe, secure environment by following all safety standards and procedures while providing exceptional service to internal and external clients. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Exceptional customer service experience and skills—outgoing and friendly personality required
- Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, remaining flexible in role
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
