Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out processes, and resolve questions to create a welcoming environment. Proactively educate guests on memberships, treatments, and skincare products to convert interest into sales and exceed targets. Collaborate with Skin Educators to recommend at-home solutions, assist with daily bar tasks like restocking and sanitizing, and support community events. Contribute to team collaboration and assist with training new associates. Be present and punctual for scheduled shifts. This role is part of a service-meets-retail skincare brand focused on elevating guest skincare journeys.
