Job Summary
Greet guests, provide tours, answer questions, assist with wayfinding, and efficiently move guests through lines and the check-in process. Maintain venue cleanliness, uphold brand and visual standards, and perform shift tasks including POS functions, cash handling, and facilities upkeep. Deliver best-in-class service through authentic interactions, sales techniques, and recommendations while assisting with opening and closing duties. Work flexible eight-hour-plus shifts covering days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18 or older to handle alcohol and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to work eight hour-plus shifts
- Able to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to walk up and down stairs
- Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understands, utilizes, and embraces new technology and its implementation into our operation
- A team player
- A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude
- Must be 18 years old or older, the legal age to handle alcohol
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience working directly with guests or customers
- Strong public speaking or performance experience
- Retail Sales Associate experience
