Job Summary
Provide tours, answer questions, and enforce guest safety while delivering playful interactions with players. Maintain venue cleanliness, operations, and visual standards across all business parts, including product displays and environmental organization. Assist with shift tasks, hands-on guest service, daily cleaning, and venue opening/closing duties. Continuously monitor guest health and welfare risks, communicating any concerns to supervisors. Work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, standing, walking, or squatting for extended periods while lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to work eight hour-plus shifts
- Able to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to walk up and down stairs
- Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understands, utilizes and embraces new technology and its implementation into our operation
- A team player with a positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience working directly with guests or customers
- Strong public speaking or performance experience
- Retail Sales Associate experience
