Job Summary
Oversee guest experience operations and support management in a hotel setting by handling guest check-ins, room assignments, payment processing, and issuing room keys; ensure accurate accounts and billing, prepare and review daily reports, cash handling, and end-of-shift closing procedures; guide and coach staff to meet service standards, while maintaining confidentiality and asset protection. Provide guests with directions and property information, assist individuals with disabilities, and respond to requests by coordinating with appropriate departments; communicate professionally and document thoroughly. Maintain service quality, follow safety procedures, and ensure adherence to company policies; stand or walk for extended periods and perform typical hospitality duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- None license or certification required
