Job Summary
Guest Experience Ambassador (Seasonal) at Reunion Tower in Dallas, TX. Serve as the first point of contact with guests, handling ticket sales, POS operations, and cash reconciliation while guiding elevator flow and answering inquiries. Upsell ticket packages, promote GeO-Deck activities, and uphold operational standards and grooming requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining cashier areas, delivering exceptional guest service, resolving guest concerns, and supporting management with additional tasks as needed. Requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and events; 1+ year in sales or customer service; strong communication and math skills; CPR/CTE certifications and TABC certification are preferred; valid driver’s license. Competence in cash handling and credit card transactions, with a team-player mindset and initiative to improve guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum one year in sales or customer service (attraction or hospitality experience preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Competence in basic math and POS systems
- Ability to multitask and stay friendly under pressure
- Team player with strong decision-making and initiative
