Job Summary
The Guest Experience Ambassador role involves providing world-class service to guests at the Spectrum Center, including greeting and directing them, identifying and resolving their needs promptly, and performing various duties such as ticket handling and general assistance. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and possess strong customer service skills. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs or push up to 70lbs unassisted
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass background check
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Availability to work a minimum of 75% of monthly Spectrum Center events
