Job Summary
Greet and settle arriving guests, customize check-in procedures, and anticipate needs by tracking preferences and allergies. Serve in-room meals, pour drinks, and manage amenities while coordinating with housekeeping for timely room service. Process arrivals and departures by cutting keys, settling folios, and arranging car hire or activities to enhance the holiday experience. Complete wakeup calls, manage the currency float, and ensure all departmental sales are charged accurately. Log guest interactions in the PMS, relay maintenance requests, and conduct site tours as needed. Maintain AAA 5 Diamond and Forbes standards throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong multi-tasking skills
