Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly welcome and fond farewell throughout Highmark Stadium. Promote Fan Experience programs and offer accurate directions to seating, restrooms, food, and merchandise areas. Share information on security screening, mobile ticketing, and event-specific experiences while distributing promotional items as directed. Monitor assigned areas for cleanliness and safety, reporting issues to Event Command, and resolve guest concerns in coordination with Security and Supervisors. Assist with lost and found inquiries and accessible service transportation communication. Attend mandatory training, all Buffalo Bills home games, and additional events as required, working weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Successfully pass a background check
- Strong verbal and/or non-verbal communication skills
- Friendly, engaging, and service-oriented demeanor
- Quick learner: ability to adapt to different situations
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to stand for 6 hours or more
- Ability to be outdoors in all weather conditions for 6 hours or more
- Ability to work effectively in a high-noise environment
- Ability to verbally communicate with fans, staff, and partners
- Ability to navigate large venue spaces
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Highmark Stadium
- Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays when required
- Attend mandatory training classes
- Attend all Buffalo Bills home games
- Attend additional events as required
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to understand and utilize technology, including, but not limited to iPads, iPhones, Laptops & Radios
