Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly welcome and fond farewell throughout Highmark Stadium. Promote Fan Experience programs and provide accurate directions to seating, restrooms, and food areas. Share information on security procedures, mobile ticketing, and event-specific experiences while distributing promotional items as directed. Monitor assigned areas for cleanliness and safety, reporting issues to Event Command, and resolve guest concerns with Stadium Security and supervisors. Assist with lost and found inquiries and accessible transportation communication. Attend mandatory training classes and all Buffalo Bills home games, working weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and/or non-verbal communication skills
- Friendly, engaging, and service-oriented demeanor
- Quick learner: ability to adapt to different situations
- Team-oriented mindset
- 18 years of age or older
- Successfully pass a background check
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to stand for 6 hours or more
- Ability to be outdoors in all weather conditions for 6 hours or more
- Ability to work effectively in a high-noise environment
- Ability to verbally communicate with fans, staff, and partners
- Ability to navigate large venue spaces
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Highmark Stadium
- Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays when required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to understand and utilize technology, including, but not limited to iPads, iPhones, Laptops & Radios
