Job Summary
Welcome guests to Scandinave Spa Whistler, providing detailed information on Thermal Journey Experiences, massage services, and boutique products while explaining the site's silence and digital detox guarantee. Recommend appropriate services based on guest needs, manage the guest waitlist, and ensure adequate staffing presence in the reception area. Process reservations, gift certificates, and boutique purchases using TAC or Zenoti, control locker keys and supplies, and restock towels, bathrobes, and boutique items regularly. Maintain clean and orderly reception and guest areas aligned with spa standards, perform opening and closing duties, and apply current promotional offers. Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with a clear criminal record check required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Energetic and positive team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, creative problem-solving skills with an ability to remain calm and professional at all times
