Job Summary

Greet guests at the limousine and escort them to their hotel room; greet guests on arrival, conduct check-in and registration; inspect suites before check-in; maintain guest recognition program; handle complaints and inquiries with follow-up; maintain up-to-date information on tours and arrange bookings; inspect public areas for cleanliness and maintenance; upsell hotel rooms, spa, gallery and F&B outlets; assist cashiers with billing; ensure smooth check-out; perform administrative duties; maintain high standards of hygiene, dress, and personal conduct; participate in meetings and training; ensure compliance with health, safety, and local laws; interact with guests to solicit feedback; fluent English and Russian; experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality preferred; strong communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence; able to stay calm under pressure; Opera PMS or similar systems is advantageous; opportunity for growth within the property and globally; CSR initiatives and employee benefit programs.
